Quality control: JR racing has around 15 people as QC team, mainly inspect the coming raw material , coming chair parts ,like the armrest ,PU ,wheels ,base ect. then semi-finished chairs ,like backrest ,seat if broken or surface scratched ..and last the finished products .to assemble 5% of each order to test the assmbely if good .Free company inspection report available.
Chair professors : JR racing has 5 people working in design dept.1 factory director,4 workshop directors,and 1 QC manager.they all worked in chair industrial for more than 8 years. so no matter the chair design or the production or the quality control ,all under control.
Equipment : JR racing has 3 production lines. 2 sets of material cutting machine, more than 50 pieces stitching machines ,10 sets of chair iron frame bending machines. 5 welding and polishing machines .and 3 test machines for EN1335 and BIFMA standard.
